General Job Description: FTE – 40 hours per week. Provide Co-occurring SUD/MH Outpatient treatment. He/she supervises other Mental Health Therapists in all phases of the therapists’ work, provides direct services to clients, and conducts assessments, intakes, and group.

 Applicant must have ability to travel to Kittitas, Yakima and Benton/Franklin Counties.

Qualifications:

The approved supervisor must hold a license as defined per WAC 246-809-110. The license must be without restrictions and have been in good standing for the previous two years.  The approved supervisor must have completed the following: A minimum of fifteen clock hours of training in clinical supervision obtained through a supervision course; or Continuing education credits on supervision; or Supervision of supervision; or any combination of these; and Twenty-five hours of experience in supervision of clinical practice; or an American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

Educational/ Work Experience Requirements:

*Professional License as a Mental Health Counselor defined per WAC 246-809-110

*Licensed Clinical Social Worker

*Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner


Other Requirements:
*Employment is contingent upon successful completing and passing a Pre-Employments Drug Screen and Washington State Patrol Background Check and a Reference Check.

*Valid Driver’s License
*Ability to travel to attend meetings/trainings/coverage in other locations

Quality Improvement & Marketing Specialist Job Duties

 

  • Complete CARF’s Performance Measurement/Management and Performance Improvement standards.
  • Develop meaningful performance measures at both an organizational and program/service level.
  • Create quality goals to measure and improve upon.
  • Design and implement a detailed measurement plan.
  • Design data collection tools to measure performance.
  • Analyze data and create impactful performance reports that conform to the CARF standards, valued based care with Managed Care Organizations and support quality improvement efforts.
  • Provide a quarterly report on data measures
  • Understand and use the PDSA formal model for quality improvement.
  • Establish and monitor metrics to evaluate routinely improvement efforts and outcomes.
  • Ensure all staff members understand the metrics for success.
  • Ensure that patients, families, providers and care team members are involved in quality improvement activities.
  • Optimize use of health information technology to meet Meaningful Use criteria.
  • Establish a QI committee that includes staff from clinical, administrative and finance departments.
  • Define specific timelines for improvement with identified opportunities.
  • Prepare an effective marketing plan with input gathered from relevant stakeholders, such as the persons served, staff members, referral sources, and the board of directors.
  • Create a marketing plan strategy that drives agency goals identified in our organization’s business and strategic plans, which supports our mission.
